This is an exciting grow the game opportunity. The Coordinator, Girls Programs should be a self-starter with a Type-A personality. General direction will be provided and this is a results graded position. The person in the position is expected to be a good communicator for both verbal and written skill sets. A problem solving and can-do attitude is a must and the person in the position need have a high energy level visible at all times. This position is part-time and includes a weekend time commitment component. Combining this position with coaching at a local high school is possible.
805 Lacrosse Project is a new venture aiming to cover grassroots development for youth girls lacrosse. This will be accomplished through P.E. lessons, clinics, after school lacrosse for grades K–8, travel teams and tournaments. The successful candidate will report to 805 Lacrosse Project Owner & President Paul Ramsey for the following programs.

Manage and teach P.E. Lessons for girls at local elementary schools. Primary time for this is in the Fall with some Winter lessons offered. |

Manage and coach outreach clinics for girls in outlying un-serviced areas. Carpinteria, Santa Maria, Santa Ynez & Ventura. |

Initiate & implement a new K – 2 after school daycare style lacrosse program. |

Administrate & coach Mission Lacrosse League (MLL) for K – 8 girls. This league to have a competitive focus to provide the next level of play for girls. The MLL will be integrated with Mission Lacrosse Club travel team opportunities. |

Manage and coach existing Mission Lacrosse Club program. Fall Season, Winter Season & Summer Season. |

Assist with Santa Barbara Shootout (February). |
